Money go up until volume is so thin on profile it looks like an ice pick. Too many small cap were oversold. ARKK fund is going to 140 before it turns over. Sure, it will get cut back in half, but this squeeze is probably the largest in recent memory. And then we'll have a couple more squeezes after that because big shorts will be scared to re-enter, so they will keep giving up to BULL exhaustion. I threw in the more flat angled huge WHITE channel over my current active channels. Think of it has the future balance after we fail the top of our SPX all time channel in green. I based it on when the QQQ was started (as a double bottom). I think the SPX will finally start to ignore the channel it has been in for the entirety of it's life. We'll cap off here in the next two years on very thin volume, very pure squeezes, stupid multiples. Unsupported by value. And then begin a great decline back to previous high volume trading zones. But there will probably be some really epic year long bounces on the way down. I think after this peak in 2026, the indexes will be scary and rough. We already punched through the top trend line based on 1926. Last time we did this, market went into a recession, in the 60s? This time, I think we'll force our way into extensions beyond 100% and realize we can't stay aloft after awhile and start to fail. But that peak will in fact form the new more lower angled white channel that has a more modest growth angle. Is this peak capitalism for the next 4 decades? Yeah. I think it might be.
Comment:
To be clear:
Top green line is 100%, Top yellow line is first fib extension after that.
Pink lines are just trend lines based on two lows. So once we fail the top one, we plummet to the next.
Big white lines are the future SPX channel top and 76% lines that are in process of forming in my opinion. And we'll make our way well below 2000 eventually to find the 23% fib on that white channel eventually.
The horizontal black lines are whole number fibs from deepest bottom to all time high is ZERO break even, and then extensions above. 20,50.80,100, etc.
All the small lines are just sub fibs of the major fibs.
