The Dow meandered slightly higher in a holiday week which is usually positive.
Our thinking has not changed, markets are very overbought and displaying narrower breadth as the rally is about to terminate.
Bear markets seek to shake out everyone, this rally is no different in weeding out the weak shorts.
Surprises seem to occur when least expected, a decaying economic world is fragile enough, throw in an event that exposes the vulnerability of our world and you have the makings of a serious situation.

For anybody still unaware, these digital convenience systems are nothing short of enslavement. A total control mechanism to monitor and control every facet of your lives, a CCP nightmare where your moves are real time and facially recognised cameras can gauge whether to impose fines or worse on a whim...even total access blocking to your accounts, all types of accounts.
There is no hiding place or privacy in this "government utopia" just full blown control of you. Limits on what you purchase and where, tracking of your daily habits and time frames. What happens when a "hacker" takes down the system?...no cash means we are screwed.
A take down of the system will happen, that is their excuse to usher in such an Orwellian, surveillance blanket. You can bet these perpetrators will be Russian or Chinese of course.
