Long
PEPPERSTONE:USDCHF   U.S. Dollar / Swiss Franc
In this blog post, we'll be analyzing the USDCHF chart on daily and 4-hour timeframes to identify potential trading opportunities.

Daily Timeframe The USDCHF chart on daily timeframe shows a clear uptrend, with the price breaking out from a fibonacci retracement level and potential breakout of trendline connecting the 38.2% fibonacci retracement level.

The price has reached a strong support level at 0.786, where buyers and sellers are agreeing that the value is at a good level with market sentiment analysis.

The fibonacci retracement level drawn from the low of 0.85586 on 08/07/2023 until the high of 0.92413 on 04/10/2023 shows that the price has broken down the 38.2% level, which is a significant support level.

The trendline drawn from the same point also connects the 38.2% fibonacci retracement level, which has been broken by the price and is now acting as a strong support.

4-Hour Timeframe In the 4-hour timeframe, we can see that the price has broken out of a box pattern drawn on the last 10 days. The price is now trying to reach the 61.8% fibonacci retracement level, which can be a potential uptrend at least to the level of 38.2%.

Indicators:

The 50-day Williams R, default Aroon, ADX, and ATR are all indicating a trend reversal. Williams R and Aroon highs are penetrating 75%, while Aroon low is also penetrating 25%. ATR is gradually reducing, and the ADX trend is above 32% and slowly coming down. These indicators suggest a strong bullish reversal ahead.

Conclusion

Based on the chart analysis, we can see that the USDCHF pair is in a strong uptrend on both daily and 4-hour timeframes. The price has broken down significant support levels and is now trying to reach new highs. The indicators are also suggesting a trend reversal, which could be a good opportunity for traders to enter long positions.
