Holdings are constructed to leverage the advisers large-cap growth and growth advantage strategies that are each managed by different portfolio managers. Employing a combination of research, valuation, and stock selection, the adviser identifies companies that they believe will achieve above-average earnings growth over the next several years. The adviser also takes environmental, social and governance factors into consideration. The fund may use derivatives, such as futures contracts, as substitutes for securities.
