H&S Pattern aftermarth + short termA head and shoulders pattern has formed between 24/07/2023 to 28/08/2023. With a close above $4.44 on 28/08; we can expect some relief trading in the morning of 29/08/2023 to a potential $4.70 (where the second shoulder started to form) before trading to the downside in anticipation of ex-dividend on 05/09. Data update from T-4 settle of short selling will update as well perhaps recording an overall short % of 10%+ (an increase of 1.4% from 8.7%). Trade entered at $4.51 with price target of $4.70 (an upside of 5%)

In technical analysis, it can be observed that the trend within the chart is a bullish trend with reasonable corrections. Currently, it has formed a falling wedges pattern on the D1 timeframe and has confirmed the formation of a swing higher high. To enter the stock with a calculated risk, we can consider entering the range of $4.6-$4.7, with a support zone of $4.39-$3.43, where there is a significant volume demand. The maximum take profit (TP) target is around $7.7, with the first TP target at $6.5.

PLS Long (ASX)The C wave from March 2023 demonstrates bearish movement from falling lithium spot prices and a bearish macro environment. The C wave movement has turned this from a running flat to an expanding flat . Interesting to watch market psychology is at play here as participants sold PLS down despite a 1.2 billion in profit and a maiden 11c dividend paid out. Prices reached as low as $3.5 during this period. This could either be a completed expanding flat or the C wave in this flat could actually be the beginning of a new A wave. As demonstrated by the 2016 to 2020 corrective flat, prolonged consolidation lead to a 35 bag movement. Regardless of whether it's the beginning of a new A wave or the end of an expanding flat, consolidation is healthy. Expect short term upside too. PLS long for the next decade. ** Note: During the end of March 2023, Albermarle attempted to acquire LTR. The big players are accumulating despite bearish sentiment.

PLS. Australian Lithium Operation Trending Well.Pilbara Minerals is the world's largest independent hard-rock lithium operation and the leading ASX-listed pure-play lithium company. Their Pilgangoora Project, located in Western Australia's resource-rich Pilbara region, produces spodumene and tantalite concentrate and its significant scale and quality have drawn a consortium of high-quality global partners, including Ganfeng Lithium, General Lithium, Great Wall Motor Company, POSCO, CATL, and Yibin Tianyi. The stock is up a bit over 160% over the last 12 months and with Elon and competitors around the world looking for Lithium hopefully their success and new price higher highs will continue for a while to come. Could be one to add to your watch list and do some more research around.

PLS @ 27 OCT 2021Text me if you have any questions/comments for me. ----- PLS - Previous analysis was done on 20 Sep (red arrow) - Suggested waiting for a series of Higher Highs and Higher Lows - Since then, the stock dropped below the mid-term support and have had a V-shape recovery - A retracement to test the short-term support and a successful rebound will be good for the mid-term trend of the stock - Strong overhead resistance zone at 2.40-2.50 levels - R is more than 10% - Strategy-to-buy (DYOR) – Suggest waiting for a retracement and successful rebound
