CHUY PutsBearish on CHUY as the pandemic sweeps the restaurant industry. Price Target $7-$8. Put expires 4/17. Shortby nicswagUpdated 3
CHUY Bet On EarningsI will be placing a trade on CHUY with a trigger at 29.37 and a stop at 26.91. For a more aggressive trade you can move your stop up to 27.95. The reason I like this trade is because this stock seems to gap up on earnings and earning is a few weeks away. I have taken the average of the last three gap ups to estimate what May earning has to offer. If CHUY can gap up to the estimate (especially if we keep having some more black candles at these lower FIBs, then hopefully we will be trapping alot of bears who will be buying to close positions and send us to the target.) I will exit all at 34.02 which is 2:1 (Reward:Risk) due to the the fact that the last two gap ups have faded bearish. If it gaps up past 34.02 then I will move my stop to the 34.02 level and get trailed out or exit MOC. ****Note*** I like buying bullish stocks at these lower FIB levels especially with a number of black candles in a row which is why i do not mind the R:R of 2:1. CHUYCHUY moving strong with great earnings and gapped well. High today and this is an island reversal...this could cause a nice run, I bought Oct 35 calls and look for a decent move over the next few days....buying time but the options were 2.08 so BE is 37.08 at Oct x date....I have not eaten here yet but sounds like people like it as earnings go higher with revisionsLongby Vince0
CHUY Breakout ForthcomingI saw my first Chuy's in Gainesville and took a photo, did not go in as just ate, but looked like a nice store. The company is new on the exchange and could be ready to run out of this base…I would use the buy fast with 8% stop on stock rule. Longby Vince3
CHUY's Holdings Tex-Mex BreakoutTex-Mex Restaurant company growing quickly into its $506 million market cap by opening new locations across the southern USA. There are not many shares in the float and many are controlled by a private equity investor, but I'd suggest putting this one on your watch list. It looks to me that $25 will never be touched again if this accumulation pattern holds. In that case your risk is $7 or 24%. The upside? A double from $28 or $56 within a year.
