Welltower is yet another Real Estate focused stock that I have been tracking in anticipation of its potential downside. Yesterday they had earnings and it was nothing that impressive, so I think the Bearish RSI Divergence at this PCZ will take over and bring it down to at least $53.40 to fill the downside gap from here

This one looks attractive because of the DIVY. But not at these levels. I'll reconsider if it pulls back to 68.48
$WELL Going to Form a double bottom pattern in the daily chart and a symmetrical triangle in the weekly chart. But it needs a high volume to pass through the supply zone.

If get a confirmation greeen candle im long. I think WELL has huge coronavirus problems most clients could die and life expectancy is going to be shortened plus less money to afford to home the elderly for many families.
